Frequently asked questions
Why one subscription per milestone?
Each milestone is a stage of the curriculum, closed by increasingly demanding mandatory projects: 1, then 2, 4 and 8. You pay for the stage you are working on. Other milestones' courses stay closed, but your features add up as you move up.
What happens when I switch milestones?
It is immediate. The new milestone's courses open and the previous ones close. The price difference is charged or credited pro rata, right away. Your progress and XP are kept.
How is compute billed?
From milestone 3, a CPU and GPU allowance is included every month. Beyond it, each job adds a line to your next invoice, by the second, up to the monthly cap you choose: €25 by default, or €0 to never go over. The allowance resets on the 1st of every month, the day your subscription renews.
How is the diploma awarded?
The last stage (N12 and N13) ends with a final project presented to a jury. Once the project is approved, the teacher awards your diploma. It carries a code that anyone can check on zerotoia's "Verify a diploma" page, without an account.
Can I cancel?
Anytime, from “Manage my subscription”. You keep your milestone until the end of the period already paid.
Are community models safe?
Pickle formats (.pkl, .pt, .pth, .bin, .joblib, .ckpt) run code when opened, and the platform flags every such file. Prefer safetensors, ONNX or NumPy. Open the others inside a job, which is isolated and offline.
Do my jobs have Internet access?
No, the sandbox is offline. PyTorch, NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, SciPy, matplotlib, safetensors and ONNX Runtime are preinstalled. Your data comes from your Git repository or the models you mount.
